Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (T&C) will serve as a contract between Home Raised Homestead and Bakery (HRHaB) and the paying customer and are enacted once payment is received. Deposit payment will serve as acknowledgment of these T&C.

• No order is accepted without communication beforehand such as text, email, phone, or social media.
• All orders more than $50USD will require a 50% non-refundable deposit. Remaining amount is due at time of delivery/pickup.
• Should the customer not reply to a total of three (3) attempted communications by HRHaB, the order will be canceled and no refund will be issued.
• HRHaB reserves the right to refuse service for any reason.
• In the event HRHaB is unable to complete an order after these T&C have been agreed to, either 1) a compromise will be attempted in addition to a discount or 2) a full refund will be issued and no product delivered and a coupon will be issued for a future purchase.
• Once product(s) are in buyer's  hands (or authorized representative of buyer), HRHaB all liability from HRHaB is forfeited and any incidents or accidents that occur are the responsibility of the buyer to correct.
